Stop Cruelty to Dwarves!

Why Anet put a dwarf in a cage and allowed people to kill him over and over again? I think it is too cruel. In other words, they are saying that you can’t have a panda pet, but you can kill dwarves repeatedly. I think this is ridiculous!
