Otaku Test: Manga Character Recognition

I mentioned another otaku test based on anime and other pop-culture references before. This time the test is about manga characters. Since I rarely read manga, I’ll need your help to figure out who is who on that picture 
High resolution image: Name Those Manga Characters! (Alafista)
I’ll list character, manga, and location. Question mark means I am not 100% sure about the identity. This is whom I can recognize:
- Naruto (Naruto) – top left
- Gintoki Sakata (Gintama) – top left
- Himura Kenshin (Rurouni Kenshin) – center
- Luffy (One Piece) – a little below center
- Ryoma Echizen (Prince of Tennis) – middle right
- Duke Togo (Golgo 13) – middle right
- Madoka Ayukawa? (Kimagure Orange Road) – bottom left
- Yusuke Urameshi? (YuYu Hakusho) – bottom right; he looks really weird
What characters do you recognize?
I would like to add…
Hanamichi Sakuragi (slam dunk) – bottom center holding a basketball
And oh btw, the link to the high res Image is not working. It’s kinda hard to see with the low res. I might be able to identify some more later with high res.

To be quite frank, I haven’t read any manga I’ve mentioned. I just happen to see their anime counterparts. Slam Dunk and Hell Teacher Nube (anime) are very ancient….I can barely even make a vague recollection.
Black Cat (anime)was relatively recent (2 years ago maybe?).

My goodness T_T . I can see Gon from HxH , Naruto, Sakuragi, Yoh, Kenshin, Ryoma, Luffy, Gintoki, the one from Ninku and the other “pet” from Soul Hunters. I’m not really sure if the girl beside Sakuragi is Madoka from Kimagure Orange road, and also if that boy beside Sakuragi as well is Captain Tsubasa. Is the one at the very corner(southeast) Steve from Voltes 5 (or was it the other one from Voltron T_T). lols it is so hard. Some of the animes are older than me XD.

Yup, I have not read all the manga I mentioned as well, but I just could recognize the characters.

Well I recognize the ones you’ve already pointed out since I’ve read Naruto, Kenshin and of course who doesn’t know Luffy or Prince of Tennis.
Ahh Kenshin, I love that manga, particularly the ending. I choose to ignore the ending of the OAV, Kenshin and Kaoru lived happily ever after dammit!
Not that travesty of angst and death the animators came up with! Poor Kenshin deserved some happiness at the end, after his hard life.

I think the OVA of RK is not truly based on the manga. I also didn’t enjoy the last part of it(the feng shui arc). The only arc I enjoyed was only til Shishio’s.
Yes, the writers took a different direction with the OVA story.

how much would it cost. I am a us ginormous fan of manga. I even draw it. I want to be a animator. Are there any colleges for that in California. I have seen so many manga shows. I am looking forward to seeing Ponyo.

Well, nowadays, high resolution artworks can be easily printed and sold. Just look at Deviant Art – plenty of prints offered there.
what is the other form it would come in and where would it be shipped from. Please don,t tell me japan.
If you can find a high-resolution version, probably, you can use some printing service to print it for yourself

You are welcome, but, again, please do further research and to find out what it will be like to work as an animator. You might want to read this article I wrote a while ago.
