- It seemed like those two are the only ones in the car, but the next shot was a nice surprize :)

This scene was interesting for an assessment of the directing. It was ok, but, clearly, his forte is action sequences. In this scene, and most of the episode, we see plenty of movement by the characters. Lively characters are good, but too much movement can be irritating. I do like a variety of expressions though.
Essentially, most of the scene was spent on alternation between three views and appeared quite dull. Also the editing looks too abrupt (the ship was fine though). Such a focus on character movement provides a nice contrast with other shows such as Kuroshitsuji or Tytania where the dynamics of the scene revolve around clever use of camera angles.

lol…the vid is amusing. I love Saki and Akira’s interactions but I’m curious to know more about Akira’s association with the mysterious organization and why he lose his memories.
Yes, it would be interesting to know Akira’s true role.
just watched ep 2…
making me curious…
just what is this Selecao system…
Yes, many things are unclear about this show. Someone mentioned that Selecon/seleção in Portuguese means “selection” or “element”.
