Happy Valentine’s Day. The sweet shops are full of all kinds of chocs just for the purpose of doing Valentine’s Day business. I’m not that really into chocs but I do think hot choc drink is lovely. ^_^

I like dark chocolate, but rarely eat it. Hot chocolate can be very nice actually. However, sometimes they add too much sugar, so I like to make one myself. One of the best brews I prepared was unsweetened cocoa with some honey – wonderful taste and smooth texture 
Oh I agree, most shops tend to make hot chocolate drinks too sweet which really kills the cocoa taste and not very healthy too. Unsweetened cocoa with honey…yum. I want! xD I should go make some now. Hehe
Yup, try it, and you might like the flavor
Might take a few tries to adjust the proportions to your taste though.
The question is, is the human on the image male or female?!
