  1. Do you like bowling too?
    Bowling is fun.🙂

  2. Hi,

Thanks for your comments:) I have not seen Whisper of the Heart anime but I really liked the amv. You probably heard the song “you are my love” (Reservoir Chronicle) from another amv. It seems that there have been a couple of videos using this song:)

Wow, we have some things in common. I am also in Specialized Psychology Honours. Actually, I will be done in this summer. I used to play Guild Wars:( but work and studies these days give me no time to play. I have all three version besides Eye of North. However, I only have finished the first one!

    Well nice to know you

  3. I encourage you to see Whisper of the Heart – it is a very good anime🙂

Good luck with your psychology honors project🙂

Yes, I don’t play Guild Wars that much now also due to work and studies.

    Thank you for your comment🙂

  4. I will look into it.

    Kind Regards

  5. Yay! Thanks your commenting on my page~!!! (I’m not alone!XD)

Ooh! I’m taking psychology next year, that’s cool!

Yeah, finding out you might die is kinda… scary. But I’m doing better. We’re pretty sure it isn’t a tumor, but I still need to get it removed. (I’m sure that will suck…)

Thanks! Geometry is… okay… eheh… No, really, thanks for your comment, it made me so happy!!!!

  6. I would like to Thank You! for the comments on my pathetic thing of a….yeah. Your’s is too big for me to navigate fully!😄
I’ve taken a psy course last semester, it was fun. But I’m not going to do it again. ^^
    Thanks again!

  7. I find your blog interesting, not pathetic🙂 Psychology is a very broad subject. Physiological Psychology might be a course of interest for a biologist.

  8. Thanks for commenting on my blog. Unfortunately I got burnt by psychology when I was an undergrad, so I like to do my own analysis though… I majored in Geography and minored in Sociology..

  9. Too bad that you were burnt by psychology😦 I was fortunate to have great teachers. Geography sounds like fun🙂

  10. I’m not into anime and such, but I am fairly interested in various other topics here. And you have an add for “Free Rice” at the bottom of the page! Way to go!

    Rock on man!

P.S. your on my blogroll ;D

  11. Thank you, I am trying to expand my coverage🙂

  12. Well, you have so very well. Your blog is fresh and active, like morning dew in the wake of sunrise.

  13. Oops. This is why I shouldn’t type stuff so late. I meant “you have done so very well”.

  14. No problem, typos happen.

  15. Hohoho! I was wondering if you had an “About Me” somewhere!😛 It is a very brief profile though.

  16. Yes, it was hidden ninja style😛 I have to update this page…

  17. Hi, my name is ryan, seems like your a big fan of anime, great !!! I like some anime too, I just made a blog in this wordpress-universe hehehehe…greetings.

    cheers,

    Ryan.

  18. Hi Ryan🙂 Have fun writing for your new wordpress blog🙂

  19. Hullo Fox (is that a Kurama pic you’re using?), Just got round to your ‘about me’ page. Very nice blog you have here. You certainly put quite an effort into it. Cheers for you. 🙂

  20. Hi Ayumikat🙂 Yes, Kurama is one of my favorite characters of all time🙂 I use his picture as my avatar and even used to have a huge headder for this blog with him lol Some of the things I like about him are his analytical nature and devotion to protect those who are close to him🙂

Thank you for visiting and commenting🙂

  21. Hi Kitsune, it’s me again hehehe🙂. You said you like drawing, me too, seems u’ like drawing manga, considering u’ like anime stuff, for me I like drawing superheroes, it’s kinda like batman, spidey’s and stuff, well we have our differences, but nevertheless maybe we can share our knowledge in drawing. cheers🙂.

  22. Hi Ryan, I do like manga style, but my works vary and depend on my mood. One day it can be social realism, and the other day it can be chibi😛 I didn’t draw much lately though…

Unfortunately, I don’t have much to share – still learning myself, but I can recommend you some books. Books by Jack Hamm and Andrew Loomis is a good place to start.

  23. Hi there Kitsune, I tested once again your blog readability and stunned because it just became “genius” right before my eyes.

    Can we exchange links???

  24. haha Thank you for mentioning that readability of this blog just got worse!😛

I am very sorry, Foomafoo – I don’t do link exchanges. All my links to Anime and Manga blogs are very carefully selected by me. Before I link to someone, I have to get to know the person, read their blog for a while, assess content of the blog and worldview of the person. Recently, I had a very unpleasant experience of linking to someone too soon before I got to know the person well – I’ll not make the same mistake again. I might link your blog eventually, but it will take some time.

  25. I do too! (I happen to link with a blog with lots of ecchi) so I decided to cut our connection. I understand🙂 Still, thanks for the visit.

  26. Hi, I’m Mie. I found your blog when googling about learning Japanese. You have a nice blog by the way🙂

  27. Hi Mie🙂 I hope some of the resources I mentioned were useful. Thanks🙂

  28. you seem to have a BIG interest in japanese culture
i’m a fan of anime, too but there’s nothing much here in malaysia. can’t even get the latest anime releases, duh~ not to mention the price
anyway i meant to say that many of the animes you wrote bout are my favourites ^^ though not all of them are available here
but i’m completely moodless to watch them for now~ since hearing bout hiroyuki tomita’s retirement i just feel like… well, moodless
oh gosh what am i talking bout here… sorry for my rambling ^^

  29. Yes, I enjoy many aspects of Japanese culture🙂

It is too bad that not much anime is available in Malasia😦 However, as one major said, “The net is vast and infinite”😉 You can find many free legal anime on the web and there are some fansubs of unlicensed anime.

Good to hear that some anime I wrote about were interesting to you🙂

Ah… Yes, Hiroyuki Tomita is a great athlete. His Athens performance was quite impressive. This year will mark his 28th birthday, and 20th anniversary of his career. Years of training have taken a toll on his body, and it is time for him to take a well deserved rest. He will give a few more performances though: Toyota international meet on Nov. 15-16 in Aichi Prefecture and World Cup Final to be held in Madrid in December if he qualifies on his world ranking. (Source) However, he is not planning to abandon sports completely – he’ll start a coaching career. Just imagine how many young people he’ll inspire and lead to victories!

Oh, never hesitate to comment on my blog🙂

  30. YES YES YES!!! tomita won’t just disappear. in my heart he’s truly a champion, my hero~ the best gymnast ever!!!

and thanks for recommending the free legal animes. i wonder if i can find some of those which i’m dying to watch.

and your post bout the Tales of Genji~ well i saw it just now. i had wanted to read this classic for a long time but i don’t think i can get it here.

p.s. are you a fan of hiroyuki tomita, too? i’ve been obsessed with him since the first time i laid my eyes on him… talk bout love at first sight *blush

  31. I hope you can find some anime you’ll enjoy🙂

You can read Seidensticker’s translation of the Tale of Genji online. If you know Japanese, you can read the original as well🙂 While it may seem daunting to read over 1000 pages, if you read a little every day, it would not be a problem🙂

I just keep track of the leading athletes – he is famous for his skill and looks🙂

  32. thanks! i just checked it out. no, i can’t read japanese so i shall go for the translated version. chapter 54 is the last, right? so i figured out that i can still make it before starting university in january. most probably.

    as for tomita-san… sigh~
beijing olympics SR changes everything… he should be able to win at least the bronze in individual AA if not for the fall. but its ok i guess. he had had a good gymnastics life (20 years is no short time) so its time to rest and enjoy life

    thanks again!!!

  33. Yes, there are 54 chapters – have fun reading🙂

Indeed, he had a long good career and deserves some rest🙂

  34. Hi! I just coincidentally find your blog (due to looking for the more info about the Opening of Natsu no Arashi)
You have lot of great AMV here.
Nice to meet you (through net though)!

    • Hi, thank you for stopping by🙂
