Play! is a is a symphony world-tour featuring music from video games. The show started in 2006 and featured music from many popular games, including Final Fantasy music by Nobuo Uematsu. The next Play! performance will be held in Edmonton, Canada on January 9th, 2009. Jeremy Soul will attend the performance featuring his music among many other works.   1. I missed the one and only time they were in Toronto. So sad. But I got a chance to go see Video Game Live, another video game symphony. It was the best moment of my life when I watched One Wing Angel being performed by a live orchestra.

      Ah, Nobuo Uematsu is great isn’t it? One Wing Angel must have sounded great played by a live orchestra ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. I caught them in Singapore, 2007, thanks to early bookings. Fantastic concert, they actually screened game footage while the orchestra was playing, even had a harpsichord specially for the fugal part in FF6’s Dancing Mad. They had some kooky PS1 ninja game as an encore if i’m not wrong XD
