Hanasakeru Seishounen 2

This episode was somewhat sad 😦 Aya Endo was great, and Sebastian appeared! πŸ˜€

On the technical side, music could have been better, and some character expressions are just completely inappropriate, especially for Fan Li Ren because his feelings do not match the drawings in some cases 😦 I am not very happy about Eugene’s eyes at some angles also. He looks best with his eyes closed or at mid-range πŸ˜› However, Aya Endo‘s performance was just great πŸ™‚ Daisuke Ono as Eugene is fine, but I still prefer Sebastian πŸ˜›

As for the content, it seems that Kajika has difficulty letting go her past. The part showing her childhood was sad 😦 She loved her kitty Mustafa so much that she thinks Eugene is his reincarnation. The guy does not deserve her love though. He looks very cold – that poor woman almost committed suicide because of him, but Kajika saved her πŸ™‚

I wonder if each husband candidate will present a challenge for Kajika to overcome. I hope that experience will help her grow as a person.

  1. Lol…Daisuki Ono can’t seem to get away from the cat reference. Mustafa is a big cat afterall and we know that Sebby loves cat. One bishie intro down, two more bishies to go. I support Li Ren even though he’s not a candidate in the game. πŸ˜›

Aya Endo shows much better voice acting range as Kajika. Didn’t like the bgm so far…no excitement when the scene requires it. This episode is just ok. I’m still waiting to see more development in the story.

    1. haha That’s so true about Daisuki Ono! Kitties ❀ ^_^

I wonder how other bishies will sound πŸ™‚ I also support Li Ren because he grew up together with Kajika, and they seem to have good connection πŸ™‚

Yes, the background music is not very good so far. I hope it will get better.

I hope to see more development too, but it seems like they are really going to take their time with those 39 episodes πŸ˜›

        1. Yes, 39 episodes πŸ™‚ That’s plenty of drama, romance, and politics, isn’t it? πŸ˜‰ Even Natsumi Itsuki, original manga author, was surprised to see such an extended treatment of her work πŸ™‚
