This episode revealed Gigi’s background. We don’t know much about this quiet character, so this episode was helpful and quite surprising. It turns out that Gigi is very perceptive: he can easily identify feelings of the people he meets and match a wine to their mood. Also he noticed that Olga is Nicoletta’s mother because they have the same smile 🙂
Although it utilized a “secret relative” device, I enjoyed this episode overall. Softly textured backgrounds were especially pleasant to watch 🙂

yeah, I like the character and landscapes’ design a lot. it’s dreamy-like. it takes you elsewhere. and it gives a sweetness, a feeling of serenity and warmth.
