  1. Awesome entry Kitsune, especially the last pictures, didnt get to see most of them as the trailer happens so fast at that point, voted for “Almost perfect” myself, hype meter is sky high now for me =)

    1. Most of the images in this trailer are concept art and some are more complex than others. I am guessing it would take several hours. Daniel Dociu and Kekai Kotaki are great artists ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. I love the concept art. Obviously, haha. (: But experts should be able to whip stuff like this up in 12 hours, or at least 6. I don’t know what game is this (face palm) but it has beautiful graphics. I have only played very few games, namely Devil May Cry and Silent Hill. But it was on computer.

    1. Or so 6-12 hours, I see – thank you for mentioning this ๐Ÿ™‚ Hopefully, I’ll see your concept art someday ๐Ÿ™‚

Guild Wars is a PC free-to-play MMORPG game in fantasy settings (I especially like Factions and Nightfall environments featuring Asian and North African themes respectively). The initial price of the game is quite low now, and you can try it for free. I can even give you a tour if you are interested ๐Ÿ™‚

      1. Haha, if I get a job as one in the future! (: My digital painting is currently horrid, but my scenery paintings are still okay. Sounds like an interesting game. (: The last online game I played was Maple Story, years ago using a friend’s account, lol. Ooh, I would love a tour, thank you. 8D I read the website and the game is for PC only though. I’m using a Mac. But the graphics are amazing!

        1. Good! I like scenery paintings ๐Ÿ™‚ You’ll catch up with digital stuff soon ๐Ÿ™‚

Aww… Mac… Well, it seems that many artists prefer it over PC for historical, color, and other reasons.

  3. Here is the official answer on how long does it take to draw such concept art:

“It depends on how long it is. Depending on the idea or concept limit. It could take from half a day to a week.” (starts at 1:51)
