always sad/pensive when thinking about the beasts

the show’s getting real interesting. 9 more to go before the end though….

the studios should really animate more of Uehashi-san’s works, imo.
Seirei no moribito was great, though short…and this series has 2 new books…but not animated…..looks like another round of withdrawal symptoms for me 😦

    • Yes, she does resemble her mother🙂 That picture is one of my favorites ^_^

Only nine episodes… I am so behind… I’ll get there eventually – definitely by the end of the year🙂

This August they published final book about Erin. I hope it will be animated too🙂

This series is one of the rare gems in the recent years🙂

  2. Nice post. (: Did you make that gif? Took a while to load though haha. In way you could see her progress through her years in those screen caps alone.

    • Thank you🙂

Yes, I made that gif, and it took some time actually because I had to carefully skip some frames and make some adjustments to create a loop. It is not perfect, but it is still closer to the continuous version than the original🙂

Yes, character development is one of the strongest parts of the series🙂

  3. yes..definitely a rare gem🙂
